**All rehearsals and performances will be held at The Savannah Center, 1545 Buena Vista Blvd, The Villages, FL 32162**
Parents or guardians should bring the students to the stage door located behind the Savannah Center entrance, where they will be checked in and placed under the supervision of their class mom(s). Parents or guardians must remain in the auditorium until their children have been dismissed. When Act I finale is completed, a parent may pick up his/her child from the dressing room. Parents are not allowed in the dressing rooms after their child has been checked in for the dress rehearsal and shows.
Tickets sold Saturday, April 21, 2012 - $13 each. Assigned seating, first come, first served. After this date they will be available in the Studio office and at the doors in the Savannah Center on rehearsal and performance nights.
*Costume Week*
Costumes will be distributed during the week of April 16, 2012. We spend many hours determining the correct costumes for each class. They are always age appropriate and the highest quality possible. Preschool & Combo students will need one costume; all other students will need one costume for each class they take. Costumes include all accessories (hats, gloves, etc.,). The estimated cost of the costumes is $65.00 for child sizes and $75.00 for adult sizes. Costume price is non-refundable after costumes are ordered. All tuition and costumes must be paid before costumes will be distributed to the student. Any special orders, including extra large sizes may require an additional charge (determined by the costume company). Additional charges are the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian. Tights and shoes are not included. To ensure that there are no discrepancies in color and style, students are required to purchase tights for the recital through Leesburg Dance Centre. No refunds will be given if a parent or guardian withdraws a child from the school after the costumes have been ordered and prior to the recital. Parent or guardian may pick up purchased costumes at the school during this week.
*Program Booklet Advertising Information*
We are offering advertising in the recital program for you to express your congratulations to your dancer for their hard work this year. Photographs of your child can also be included with your advertisement, but not with well wishes. Advertising is also available for anyone or business that wishes. Programs will be handed out at both shows at the recital. An advertising form has been provided for you in the recital envelope with sizes and prices, may picked up in the Studio office, or may be downloaded here. Deadline for advertising will be March 30, 2012.
